Our membership fee is $399 per month. This fee covers comprehensive yearly physical exam, functional and preventative medicine, 24/7 access via cell phone including holidays and weekends, unlimited office visits and much more (please see our service page). The membership is not covered by your insurance plans. It is important to continue with your current health insurance to receive coverage for laboratory testing, radiology studies, hospitalization, medicine etc.

 You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30 day notice.
